Theft and straying

Cats and dogs that have been missing for more than 90 days can be claimed against within our pet insurance policy, providing you with the purchase price of your pet. In the event that you did not pay for your pet, or have no evidence of the purchase price you paid, you will be provided with the market value of your cat or dog at the time of loss.

In the event of your cat or dog straying this must be reported with 24 hours to ensure that the relevant places are aware, in the event of your dog disappearing the police must be notified and rescue centers must be notified of the loss of your cat, this way the relevant people will be on the lookout and you will be immediately notified.
